Personally I don't enjoy how "distanced learning" is more robotic than relationship-building. Both students and teachers are seeing assignments more as tasks than learning opportunities often.
What they're doing right however depends on the student's situation. In my case, having all assignments in one location such as Google Classroom is useful for being organized and on track.
I think that Sachar needs to chill with the assignments other than that online learning is fine.
